What we say
Alternative dance club with eclectic playlist
There's no sign of the wall or many inhibitions at Berlin. Each night features a different theme, keeping patrons on their toes. A large crowd packs the dancefloor. The first Sunday of the month is a Madonna night, and the final Sunday will keep you singing along to the songs of Prince. Great spot for boys who like boys, girls who like girls and everything in between.

Berlin is always a great place to go and have a few drinks and meet some interesting people. Gets very crowded on weekends. Hotties are spotted everywhere.

I was a tourist visiting Chicago solo looking for a good dance club. It is more for the locals, but I had a good time anyway. It doesn't get going until after midnight, but a good croud by 1 am. The club is a mix of gay & straight with lots of girls. Decent drink prices.

Not really in Boystown, but right on Belmont, this bar has that grungy abandoned factory feel. You can always expect a late night party with the best electro DJs and just the right mix of boys/girls. If you're looking for cutting-edge music to dance to like no one's watching, then this is the club for you.

Went photographing Chicago Nightlife and was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness in Chicago bars, but Berlin stands out above the rest! I'll recommend this place to gay's as well as gay friendly people anytime! The El train drops you off right at it's door step! Now how convenient is that!
