Chicago Rally for Illinois Marriage Equality

Illinois appears to be on the verge of legalizing marriage equality. Want to show your support and send a message to legislators that we need them to make this happen now? Join us downtown! The rally will be at noon on Saturday, outside the Thompson Center at 100 W Randolph in Chicago. Please also call your state Senator and Representative. You can look up their contact information at http://votesmart.org -- just put your address into the big red box and then look under State Legislative in the results page. The event is organized by a coalition of independent activists including The Civil Rights Agenda, Join The Impact Chicago, Queer Fest America and Gay Liberation Network.
