Satisfactory
Room looked modern but on a budget. Bathroom was better than the super-cramped Palmer House one. No closet door or room safe, so anyone in hall can see what is hanging there as you open the door. Courteous staff. Dinner my first night was disappointing, but priced accordingly. One woman commented on how fishy her whitefish was... A party of businessmen commented loudly that they were *very* happy with beer prices. The combo dresser/fridge/bar/tv-stand left little room for clothes. Pool was nice if a touch warm. Exercise room looked nice, and rooftop garden would have been a nice place to sit at night, but closes at 10 along with pool/exercise area. Elevators were slow. Halls were loud but room was quiet (for the city). Short walk to bus stop for bus 1 to Union Station. I would stay there again.
