RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT, ARROGANT, [ETC…] STAFF! Hello, Unfortunately, this is the type of establishment where there are a lot of selfish and sassy individuals, the STAFF (specially Front Desk) is very, very RUDE and ARROGANT at all times! The STAFF treats people bad and they don’t want the same treatment back at them, once they get a taste of their own medicine they freak out. The Front Desk Staff yells at customers all the time, they slam our IDs, Cards, Room Keys, towels on the desk all the time, point fingers at members all the time and so on…! In August last year, I met a guy and went to his room for more privacy, a few minutes in and we noticed another guy in the room beside illegally recording us using his phone over the half-wall that divides the rooms, there’s a purpose to have a room. This place doesn't even offer Lube! The STAFF treats people as if they all were criminals in prison, as if someone has done something wrong simply by the fact of being there and even before entering the establishment, as if we were in a third-world Country, the STAFF has little to no education at all, we can’t expect anything good from them. Me and a friend even tipped them when we were there in June of this year, they still continued to have the same ABUSIVE treatment over ALL customers. My message to them is: “If you can’t handle the job or if you’re having a bad day, don’t take it on me! It’s not my fault, ask your “Manager” for a raise or find a better job to work, it doesn’t cost anything to be nice and have some manners and respect, we never know what someone else is going through and throwing attacks like these won’t help. I hope Jesus come back soon enough to save us from evil people like you. I’m definitely not paying someone to disrespect me at all” I do know the reason that they do what they do to the customers giving them Business, because they control the Monopoly in the area and they don’t have any Competitors in the surrounding areas as of yet, but, if I could do anything to change it, consider it done! I have complained to “Management” about it, never received a response from them - unprofessional, I’m disappointed but I’m not surprised, and since they can’t control, educate or train their staff (probably cheap labor and minimum wage) they simply decided to “Ban” me instead, I have read all the Rules and Policies of the Club and have not broken once single one of them! I do hope that this Review is going to help with the “Ban” in place. Thank you!

Went there for the first time a few weeks ago. I have to admit its was one of the best I have been to. The staff, for the most part, were lovely and very helpful to a first time customer. The bath house in itself was one of the cleanest also. It was an overall amazing experience. My one complaint is that on the TM4M night I had to put my cell phone in the lock box. I do understand the intent, which to my understanding is to protect the transmen, however I feel in the event of an emergency having my phone readily available out weighs that. I mean that small thing is not a deal breaker for me. Next time I am in Chicago I will visit this establishment again. Overall amazing time, hot guys of all types, and very clean 10/10 would recommend.

Nasty Ugly Staff Members

A very nice place to go but the people that work here are the very worst. It’s a shame a place as nice as this would employ people with such nasty attitudes. I’d rather not go than to deal with them.

I had half a day to wait around in Chicago for a flight, so I decided to hang out here for a while. Even at an odd time (Monday early afternoon), there was quite the selection of men! The facility was quite large, and there were plenty of other amenities besides men

Ever time I've gone I've hooked up with at least one guy. Two times stick out in my mind. First, I was a number of years ago during the gay pride festivities. I was in the sauna and an older guy came up and gave me a blow job. afterward in the shower he came up and kiss me and thanked me for letting him suck me off. the kiss got me rock hard again. The second time, was again a number of years ago and I walked by one of the play rooms and was invited in for some fucking and sucking. Needless to say it was a great time and I continued to go back as often as I could
