Cell Block has been offering a safe and sultry place for leather/Levi's daddies and puppies to play since 1994. You will find a casual and welcoming atmosphere upfront and kinkier fun farther back.

The bar was okay. The bartenders were pretty nice and attentive. Only complaint (which isn’t the establishment’s fault, but it still must be stated) is the patronage. With it being in boystown, the majority of people are lead by their racial “preferences”. The few black characters there mostly got overlooked by the majority white cis guys. If you are an African American or TGNC, I honestly Cant recommend here (at least the backroom, as the bar itself is fine).
Friendly and naughty
Bartender invited me directly to play pool and to the strip pool later that night. Learned to know all naughty boys and men.
No Wii or leather but still cool
I went on a Wednesday to play in the Wii tournament and enjoy the "leather bar" sadly there wad neither there. The bar tender was really nice and the atmosphere was cool.
Bartenders with too much attitude
I went to Cell Block on an early Saturday night. The place was not even that busy. The bartenders completely ignored me. I had to ask for another beer several times. Come to find out that Mike the manager (or lack there of) is the biggest reason why the staff is so rude. Avoid this place when in Chicago. There are way better places to go!
