The rooms are nicely furnished and the staff is friendly. The Dana is conveniently located downtown, only 2 blocks from the Red Line, and 2 blocks from Michigan Ave. There's also a roofdeck bar that gets hopping at night. The crowd is mostly straight, but gay-friendly. My boyfriend told them this was a little romantic getaway for us and they upgraded us to a corner room, with floor to ceiling windows, see-through shower (hot!), and a *very* comfortable bed. There were a few little kinks... the phone & closet door had issues... but they came immediately and fixed everything. And, a fantastic 1st floor restaurant and a HOT rooftop club.
