TalkItOut: Ending Gender Bias

The 100% Project, powered by Chicago Foundation for Women an all-in, all-out effort to increase women’s economic security & end gender bias in the Chicago region by 2030. What’s the first step to getting there? Talking about the issues! That means women and girls, men and boys sitting down and having a conversation about gender bias and how it impacts us all. These questions are more relevant today than ever. Many of us are looking for ways to make change in the wake of the 2016 elections. We need tools to build bridges across communities and new ideas for keeping women’s issues at the forefront. If we are to end gender bias in our lifetime, we must give voice to the ways gender bias affects us all, and to work together to develop creative solutions. We need your voice at the table.
