I'm Still Here! Transgender Day of Remembrance 2016

Please join the Transformative Justice Law Project, Affinity Community Services, Illinois Safe Schools Alliance, and St. Martin's Chicago Sunday evening for Transgender Day of Remembrance 2016. We will have dinner and then share in a short memorial program. Jaliyah Mimi Nowak will speak to the life of her friend, T.T. Saffore, who was murdered in West Garfield Park this September. We will then honor one Chicago-born TWOC leader, Miss Major Griffin-Gracy by collectively viewing the film Major! www.missmajorfilm.com All bodies, all genders, all faiths, all ages welcomed and loved.
