Smudging is specific to Native American tribes and we can honor and be grateful for their shared tradition.
We will spend time exploring the history of, rituals, and properties of healing using smudge sticks, as well as some other plants and methods of burning for healing and ritual. Then mindfully collect your own plants on the lot to make your own smudge stick.
Supplies provided.
Snacks will be served.
PLEASE NOTE:
This workshop involves burning of plant material. Those with chemical sensitives, asthmatic or other respiratory conditions, or those who are pregnant should be advised.
