Join us for an evening of original music by LGBT composers in celebrating the spirit of innovation in Chicago! Chicago is known the world over for its innovation and inspiring architecture, in part due to the elegant foresight of Daniel Burnham’s 1909 Plan of Chicago. His aim to make Chicago the “Paris on the Prairie” resulted in the elegant layout, look and feel of the city and neighborhoods. Our bands pay tribute to this creative spirit through music, premiering new compositions and arrangements written by Lakeside Pride band members.
