Necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc. What did they signify? We’ll be exploring the various stories behind the beautiful accessories in the Philippines Collection. This is a FREE EVENT hosted by the Digital Co-Curation Team at The Field Museum! Admissions to the Museum will be waived for those who RSVP in advance to cocuration.philippines@fieldmuseum.org. Please include the names and number of guests. This gallery is located on the west side of the building, just beyond the Pacific halls (Pacific Spirits & Traveling the Pacific), on the upper level. We ask that you please enter through the South or West entrance of the building. Upon your arrival, please ask the security personnel for the "Marae Gallery" for directions. Parking is available in the Soldier Field garage at a rate of $22 per vehicle. The Museum is also easily accessible via public transportation, using either the 146 Inner Michigan Drive to Museum Campus bus, or the red/green/orange line Roosevelt exit of the L.
