From Second City to Cinespace Studios to The Remix Project, the longstanding interchange between Chicago and Toronto as Sister Cities has successfully nurtured young, innovative talent across different art forms and genres. Representatives from both cities discuss developing new incubation models to support under-resourced populations through artist development, creative entrepreneurship and mentoring. Presented in collaboration with the City of Toronto’s Film & Entertainment Industries.
