**Why are BNR youth biking to Springfield?
This year, the young people of BNR are biking to elevate the need for criminal justice reform and community justice reinvestment as part of parent organization Communities United’s statewide Reimagine Justice Illinois campaign.
A critical area of reinvestment is youth jobs in under-resourced communities, a key violence prevention strategy and a very important issue for our young people. BNR exemplifies what we can reinvest in--the power and resilience of our youth!
**I can't participate in the Kick-Off Ride... how else can I support the BNR youth in their awesome effort?
If you cannot join us for the ride, you can still support the BNR youth in their 210 mile effort by making a donation to help cover costs of the trip and to support the BNR youth program. Just follow the 'Ticket URL' on this site.
