Trans Day of Visibility: ResonaTe Choir in Concert

Enjoy an evening of song as we celebrate the trans community in a fresh, new way. Experience this year's Trans Day of Visibility as we highlight resilience, strength, and vibrancy of the trans community through musical expression. This year, ResonaTe Choir - Chicago’s first and only choir specifically created for trans voices - will be performing in concert at Center on Halsted! ResonaTe Choir was formed in October of 2015 under the artistic direction of Zakary Siler. The choir’s mission is to “provide a safe, engaging, and creative environment for trans singers to develop confidence and community through vocal education.” Enjoy an evening of song and learn more about the creation and future of ResonaTe Choir.
