Butoh Workshop with Mitsu Salmon

High Concept Labs sponsored artist Mitsu Salmon presents a free class on Butoh for all levels of experience at hcl on Tuesday, April 25 at 6 PM. Drawing from Butoh and mind-body centering, the class will explore the connection of the body and the unconscious. Registration is encouraged: bit.ly/1Ix1YzG The class will focus on Noguchi exercises, which foster an experience of the body as water with the goal of encountering and releasing the natural body. We will also work with guided imagery, movement and structured improvisation. Please wear comfortable clothing. Mitsu Salmon studied Butoh and been part of a Butoh company, Ima Tenko and Kiraza, for 3 years in Japan.
