Immigration Update

In November 2014, President Obama announced an expansion of benefits for certain undocumented individuals with U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident children. While there were no LGBT-specific benefits as part of the President’s plan, the expansion and further definition of prosecutorial discretion, parole in place, and DACA could benefit individuals in the LGBTQ community.
