ABOUT LAKESIDE PRIDE
Lakeside Pride Music Ensembles reflects a legacy of bringing members and friends of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community together through music for more than 30 years. Each performance by one of its three major ensembles -- marching band, jazz ensemble, and symphonic band -- enables Lakeside Pride to forge a powerful connection with audiences everywhere. In 2011, Lakeside Pride was named to the Chicago Gay and Lesbian Hall of Fame for its contributions to the city of Chicago. Additional information, including how to join an ensemble, is available at www.LakesidePride.org.
