The Savoy Menu for (1/27/13) Start time 1:00pm End time 3:00pm 4 choices to choose from Saffron Shrimp and Polenta- (guanicale, saffron cream, parmesan polenta) Smoked Porchetta and Eggs- (sunny side duck egg, sweet potato bacon hash, toast) Crab Cake Benedict- (poached egg, roasted tomato hollandaise, shishito peppers) Pumpkin Pancakes- (honey crisp apple cider syrup, vanilla mascarpone) Richmond Island Lobster Club- (chilled lobster salad, applesmoked bacon, tomato, bibb lettuce, lemon aioli, tarragon We will be serving our bottomless mimosas which is our classic champagne with orange juice.
