The Chocolate Party - LGBTQ Singles Mixer

For our next event, the Chicago Pride network will be collaborating with well-known area chef SHIANE WILCOXEN and her Q-TEA PIE DESSERTS brand to throw an invite-only event focused on eating delicious sweets and talking to pretty people! This event will feature: **In-event CELEBRITY HOSTING from WNBA star Lyndra Littles and the long-time hosts of Studology 101!!! **12-foot smorgasboard table of chocolate, pastries, chocolate-dipped fruits, cakes, and ganaches - centered around a flowing chocolate fountain!!! **Live top-flight line-up of LGBT DJs, MCs, and comics - all to be posted to this page before March 26, 2012 (we're allowing plenty of promo time here!)!!! **Live in-venue filming from FLAIR TV!!! **Stop-Light Theme - to the extent people are willing to do this, we want single people to wear decadent Black, married/committed folks to wear "vanilla" white, and those on the fence to wear any other color associated with chocolate or sweets (smooth brown, red velvet; use your imagination!)!!! **Top cost of $10 for all pre-sale tickets!!! And, as they say, so much more. We note specifically, and at the request of one of our sponsors, that this is an event welcoming to/focused on LGBT women and gay men of color. Since we're obviously open to everyone, come if you are one of these fine individuals - or just like them! To avoid ruffling any feathers, we also note that the center is tentative as a listed location. We've contacted three venues so far, and all said yes. But, no contracts have yet been signed :)!
