Outdoor LGBT Historic Museum Walk
Spanning one-half mile of the Northalsted Corridor in Chicago's"Boystown", the Legacy Walk captures the lives of notable LGBT people throughout history. International, multicultural and inspirational - the gorgeous bronze memorial markers shine a light on all LGBT people have shared with the world.

    Legacy Walk, opened in October 2012, is the first outdoor museum walk of its kind in the world, commemorating the contributions of GLBT people to world history and culture. Eighteen bronze plaques are installed on the iconic pylons along Halsted in Boystown.
