What we say
Chicago's premiere art museum
The Art Institute has long been an international art destination and now with the addition of the Modern Wing, it just upped its cred. Stroll the Pritzker Galleries; relish in the Thorne miniature rooms and view masters like Picasso, Matisse and Chagall.

The Art Institute is a definite stop in Chicago. The museum has a respectable collection, and the new Modern Wing is beautiful.

When I was a kid, my aunt used to take me to the Art Institute to expose me to some culture. It was above my head then, but now that I am an adult I am very grateful for that early influence. This is a beautiful museum with an impressive array of spectacular artwork. The Art Institute is really a world-class museum!
